Intuition as Pattern Recognition

“How do I know when it’s my intuition speaking?”

is such a common question and here’s the thing — intuition isn’t logical, but it’s also not the voice of fear…

What it IS is a type of knowing that can’t quite be explained. It’s mystical, it’s multi-dimensional, and it’s seeded in the physical wold which can make it challenging to “grasp.”

Intuition is a muscle or energy we grow. The more we practice listening to our intuition the more we learn how our intuition works for us and the more we strengthen this muscle, energy.

These are three helpful guidance points and tools to strengthen your own intuition.

  1. The Cards. When I started reading for others I had no idea how I just “knew” what was going on for the receiver. Sometimes I even thought it must be obvious information but to my surprise my friends and family I started reading for we’re always reflecting back how seen they felt. This built up my confidence of being able to read. I would often frame things as questions and ask if things were resonating to confirm my own intuition. Eventually I read for psychic hotlines and would have to answer the line to a total stranger and read on the spot. This strengthened my intuition and my confidence even more. My takeaway is — the more you listen and put it into use the more your confidence will grow to trust and use your intuition.

  2. Intuition isn’t always rainbows and butterflies. Sometimes our intuition guides us into the unknown and uncomfortable — you will be guided to do something that feels challenging and uncomfortable. Do it. Do the hard thing. Move through the fear. This is the most direct way to listen to your intuition and involves the biggest quantum leaps.

  3. Learn about your intuition in Human design. I am a mental projector. I’ve always naturally felt I wanted to talk things through. It’s my way of processing. I was always surprised when people thought I seemed connfused— when the way I was getting my own clarity was the process of speaking it out. Generators and MG’s often have gut intuition — they just feel it in their gut and I believe that’s where the saying “trust your gut” comes from. Not everyone has the same intuitive channels. My intuition also just lands as a knowing or feeling where as other times people see, hear, sense, or taste.

My private 1:1 work holds space for others to follow the path of their inuition, heart, and soul — because the correct answers for you are always within.
